1- Is it possible to pay my rent ski equipment rental by check ?
Yes, of course you can pay your booking ski equipment rental checks ( ANCV) .
The amount you send us must be less than or equal to the amount you are asked at the end of your order as we will not refund . We recommend that you complete a check. Do not forget to tell us your order number on the back of your checks.
2 - Can I come and pick up my stuff to my arrival at the resort , in general, the day before my 1st day of skiing?
Your reservation will be prepared by our teams from the previous day according to the returns of the previous week . To avoid paying extra day, you can introduce yourself to the store after 15:30.
Warning: some weeks of school holidays , the stores can not prepare your booking after closing the store the day before , so you can have your reservation , from 8:30 in the morning.
3 -What is the deadline for booking and payment online for web promotions?
If you pay by check ( or bank holidays) , your booking will be confirmed , and thus prepared in store, once payment received by mail and cashed. So you must ensure that your shipment takes place early enough relative to your rental date ( allow at least 8 working days , as validations treat our open Monday to Friday administrative service).
Warning: you will not receive web promotion if your check is received after the removal of material , in this case you will pay your rent in store according to public rates.
If you pay by credit card , you can make your payment until the day of your arrival, that is to say on Thursday to Saturday .
Attention: on Saturday , the payments for the next Sunday will be accepted until 12am , to allow time for our teams to prepare your reservation.
4 - I made a reservation for one or more of ski equipment and I have not received the confirmation email , is this normal?
The email address you entered during checkout is a priori incorrect or inactive.
Thank you contact us on email@example.com to report the issue . We will research and eventual correction address to send you the order confirmation and therefore the correct essential to the removal of ski equipment exchange station .
Without this " Good Exchange " , you can pick up your equipment !
5 - I booked equipment and I would like to know if there is a document to present to the ski shop in the resort ?
A receipt of payment of your order, we will send you an order confirmation voucher includes a PDF printable format , which will be requested upon arrival in store when taking material by e -mail .
6 - I paid my reservation and I received my voucher by e -mail but I want to change the store, the station or add a person before my arrival in the resort. How ?
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating your order number and the amendment to your order. A new order confirmation will be sent by email and you must print the voucher to present to the store.
If you simply want to add a device , you must place a new order .
7 - I booked ski equipment and I made a mistake in the date of the beginning of my vacation . How ?
Contact us on email@example.com , indicating your order number and any modification (indicate 1st day of skiing). We will send you a new order confirmation by email and you will then print the new Bond Exchange to submit to the store.
8 - Is it possible to rent ski equipment in the day?
On our website, the minimum rental period is 2 days (during French school holidays in February : minimum 5 days). Of course, the daily rental is possible by going directly to the store, subject to availability on arrival.
9 - If I make a reservation online and then change my mind, can I cancel ?
If you have selected payment by check and you have not yet sent , the reservation will destroy itself since will not be validated by payment. If you paid by credit card, you have a cooling off period of 7 days, from the day of dispatch of the order confirmation , which allows you to cancel and get a refund the amount of your order . After this period, your booking will be considered firm and final ( for more information refer to the Special Clauses Booking and line rental ) .
10 - If once there , I realize that my shoes are too small and I need a size higher. Is it possible to change?
You try ski boots or snowboard before leaving the store, which allows you to change immediately if they are not the right size.
In general, the ski shops have sufficient material to enable you to change if necessary.
11- If I lengthen the duration of my stay , how it happens?
Of course you can lengthen your stay in this case, you pay extra at the end of your stay while enjoying the 20% discount for online reservations.
12 - If once there , I want to change the category of material over my reservation or rent additional equipment (shoes, helmets ) , is it possible?
If the category of equipment actually rented is higher than booked and paid online , the store will ask you to pay an immediate fee equivalent to the difference between public prices displayed in stores (subject to availability ) .
If the rented category is lower than reserved , at your request , no refund will be made by the store.
Similarly , any additional rental ( shoes , helmet ... ) for a person part of your original booking or if you are accompanied by a new person will be an individual public rental prices displayed in store .
13 - Can you guarantee the availability of a model of skis or shoes?
We unfortunately can not guarantee the availability of a specific model. The proposed models are those visuals on the site or an equivalent material .
We guarantee against by the availability in the reserved category .
14 - sticks are they included in the rental equipment?
Yes, the sticks are always rented with skis or miniskis and their price is included in the package price or skis only .
15 - Is it possible to rent skis without shoes ?
Yes, of course you can rent any type of skis or snowboard without shoes. The material is presented in the default package, if you do not want to rent shoes , simply uncheck the " shoes " box by clicking it.
16 - Rental of helmet is it only possible?
No, it is not possible to reserve a child helmet without ski equipment on the Internet. This type of property is still of course possible in store .
17 - The equipment that I rent is insured against theft or damage ?
No, but you can take out insurance against theft, loss or breakage option on our website along with your booking for more information , see our Terms and Conditions of Rental. If you do not choose this option when booking online , the store will offer you directly if you want to subscribe or not this warranty.
